Paydown Bottoms 150
Description
Paydown Bottoms is 150 +/- acres of high production Maries County fertile soil with over 1/2 mile of Gasconade River front. With 100+ acres row crop and around 50 of pasture, nearly every acre of this property is suited to produce income. The 8 stall milk barn with 37 ton feed bin is still being used for daily milkings with a gorgeous view of the river bottom. The large hay barn and small equipment shed provide ample storage and the spring fed creek meander right through the pasture meadow. Some of the river front is at a higher elevation and could make for some real nice river lots. Located on the inside bend of the river has prevented much erosion throughout the years. Although limited on cover this property still offers some nice whitetail, turkey and waterfowl hunting with 6 acres currently in alfalfa. This property has not been offered for sale in over 65 years.
