Mighty Oak Timber Stand
Description
Trees line the edge of a bumping and meandering gravel road with branches reaching overhead shading the red clouds of dust stirred by tires crunching along, turning this way and that, until reaching the gate of a property long untouched by the hand of man. Towering, broad, oak trees with deep ancient roots jut towards the sky beyond the property line, showering the earth below with tiny acorns, providing nourishment for wildlife while some search for a little spot of soil to call their own, paving the way for future generations of mighty oaks. The Mighty Oak Timber Stand is home to hundreds of mature oak trees, as well as walnuts and other mixed hardwoods, and with such an abundance of timber comes an abundance of wildlife as well. Seasoned whitetail bucks with towering racks wander through the underbrush, accompanied by strutting wild turkeys, quick darting rabbits, and squirrels twitching their tall bushy tails in warning. Truly an outdoorsmans paradise that I believe singer/songwriter Tyler Childers describes best in the lyrics "Ain't no man hungry in the bounty of the middle ground" Nestled on the property sits a 1500 sq ft shop house, featuring 750 sq ft of living quarters, including a full kitchen, large bathroom, and large living area/ sleeping area combination. Many build sites are available and easily accessible on the property, with additional potential to subdivide certain portions for future sale if one desired. This is a rare opportunity to own a a true gem in the heart of the Ozarks.
