Vincent Ploch

With 20 years of experience in law enforcement, Vincent has dedicated his career to serving others and helping people through some of the most difficult moments of their lives. That experience has shaped the way he views responsibility, leadership, and the importance of serving something greater than yourself. Outside of his professional life, Vincent is a dedicated father, hunter, fisherman, and landowner with a deep appreciation for the outdoors. His passion for land and wildlife conservation is rooted in family. One of the best days of his life was closing on his first piece of hunting property in Missouri with his father. After searching for months, they finally found the right place, and his father reminded him, “They aren’t making any more of it.” That farm has since become a place of family, memories, hard work, fun, and peace. The experience changed the way Vincent thinks about land. To him, property is more than an investment or a place to hunt—it is an opportunity to create memories, build a legacy, and protect something that can be passed from one generation to the next. After two decades of serving others in law enforcement, Vincent is passionate about helping people pursue that same dream. Whether it is finding the right piece of land, creating a place for family and friends to gather, or building a property that can be enjoyed and protected for generations, he believes being part of someone’s journey toward one of their best days is a privilege. Vincent believes we have a responsibility to be good stewards of the land and wildlife resources entrusted to us. We are not simply owners; we are keepers. What we protect, improve, and pass on today will become the legacy our children and future generations inherit. His goal is to help others find not just a piece of property, but a place they can call their own—a place where memories are made, families grow, and a lasting legacy begins.
