Michael, as the son of a Marine, learned the values of discipline, hard work, and attention to detail early on. His passion for the outdoors was nurtured through a love for hunting, fishing, trapping, hiking, and camping, instilled from a young age by his father. As a young man, he was introduced to barrel horse riding and the rodeo, raising cattle with family friends sparked an interest in ranching. Working on the farm with his grandfather and uncles cultivated a lifelong passion for farming. Today, he and his wife are homesteading in the Missouri Ozarks with their five children, fully embracing the rural lifestyle, from gardening to raising farm animals.
