Clint Schulte
Clint grew up in St. Paul, Missouri, a small town in northern St. Charles County where the outdoors was just part of everyday life. His dad owned S&H Bait and Tackle on Highway 79, and before Clint was born, his grandfather ran a commercial egg farm right there in the river bottoms. Clint came up through 4-H, showed cattle at the county fair, and shot clay targets well enough to make the state team and compete at 4-H nationals.
Clint started deer hunting with his dad at 10 or 11 and hasn't missed a season since. These days, it's a family operation. Clint and his wife have two kids with a third on the way, and every one of them has been in the deer blind with him by age two. The kids help check cameras and set blinds, and together they handle everything from the food plots to processing their own deer, right down to the summer sausage. Clint's wife and her family are part of every hunting memory they make, and being able to feed his family from the land is something he takes real pride in.
Before land, Clint spent 15 years in marketing, and if there's one thing he's learned, it's that knowing your customer drives everything. That's what drew him to Living the Dream Outdoor Properties. This team doesn't have to guess what land buyers want, because they're hunters, farmers, and landowners themselves. They know where buyers spend their time, which is why Living the Dream shows up with national conservation organizations like NWTF, RMEF, DU, and SCI, at trade shows, in magazines, on social media, and with the outdoor groups they give back to. When Clint saw that, he knew there was no better place to market rural property.
Today Clint helps buyers and sellers across St. Charles, Lincoln, Pike, Warren, and Montgomery counties with farm, ranch, and recreational land. Whether you're selling ground that's been in your family for generations or looking for a place of your own to hunt and make memories, he'd love to talk land.
