Nicholas Parks
Nick was born and raised in East Central Missouri where his love for land and the outdoors started at just 5 years old when he started hunting. Growing up with a carpenter and hunter as a father he learned not only how to hunt and read land, but also how to build. At 30 years old Nick has over a decade in the construction industry, both residential and commercial. As an avid hunter and outdoorsman, he has spent years traveling across the Midwest with states like Illinois, Kansas, Nebraska and even out of country like Canada in pursuit of game. Nick actively practices land management and conservation, dedicating time to habitat improvement projects that benefit both wildlife and future generations of outdoorsmen. He loves building cabins, foodplots, and great relationships! If he's not hunting or working he is spending time with his two dogs that he loves very much.
Nick's real estate experience started years before he got licensed, where his family started buying lake homes, renovating them and then eventually selling. His strongest suit is understanding location and how important it is to find the right location that meets someone's goal. Whether you're looking to buy, sell, or invest in land, he understands not just the value of property, but the lifestyle and responsibility that come with it. Nick takes pride in helping others find the right piece of ground, whether for hunting, building, or simply enjoying the great outdoors.
